How we work

A clear scope.
A connected procurement process.

Delegate defined tasks while keeping the information and approvals needed to manage your project.

01

Understand the requirement

Confirm the application, project stage, destination, procurement authority and issue to solve. Review capability and trade feasibility before accepting work.

02

Agree the work and fee

Define outputs, supplier and effort limits, dates, revision rounds, buyer inputs, third-party costs and exclusions. No paid work starts without acceptance and the agreed payment.

03

Build the evidence for your decision

Present product or supplier options, original quotations, specification differences and outstanding questions. You decide which supplier, model and terms to approve.

04

Coordinate and report

Track the authorised work, evidence and milestones. A project report identifies completed actions, delays, risks and decisions needed from you. Changes require approval.

05

Prepare the handover

Coordinate agreed inspection closure, packing, documents, consolidation and logistics handover. Record unresolved exceptions and the authorised release decision.

Transparent procurement

Know what you pay.
Know who you pay.

We work for the buyer under an agreed service scope. You can contact suppliers directly and normally contract with and pay them directly.

Goods price → Supplier

Original supplier quotations are visible. We do not add a margin to the goods price.

Service fee → MasterMark

A separately agreed project or monthly fee, with defined outputs and capacity. No supplier commissions or rebates.

Approved costs → Third parties

Inspection, testing, samples, travel, freight or other outside costs require prior approval of scope and budget. They are not silently included or added.

We do not default to a purchasing-value commission. Taxes, bank charges, currency, payment timing and any approved advances are specified in the quotation and agreement.

Working rhythm

Fewer scattered updates.
Clearer next actions.

For recurring work, agree a named lead and reporting rhythm around your project—not unlimited on-demand tasks.
