Practical support for overseas suppliers, contractors and distributors that need to understand products, coordinate suppliers and follow through on project commitments.

Our government procurement experience dates back to 2012 and spans electrical power materials, pumps and valves, water treatment, solar PV, instrumentation, machinery, vehicles, ICT and medical equipment. This includes experience as a directly awarded supplier and managing purchases across product categories. Shenzhen Master Mark Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., the legal entity behind MasterMark Procurement, was established in 2021.
This breadth has shaped our ability to break down complex purchasing lists, coordinate suppliers across different industries, and manage technical requirements, documentation and delivery milestones within one project. We bring that practical understanding to China procurement support for overseas businesses.
For each category, we identify technical and regulatory requirements that need specialist input and coordinate the appropriate supplier or professional support. Experience in a sector does not mean every product or transaction can be accepted; the actual scope is reviewed for each engagement.
Government and project procurement can combine unrelated products in one order. Our role is to organise the requirements, supplier responsibilities and delivery dependencies without losing the details of each item.
Technical suitability, required approvals, product certification and destination conditions are checked for the actual requirement. Medical, ICT and other specialist categories may need additional professional or authorised support.
By learning your product requirements, approval processes and project expectations, we seek to build useful procurement knowledge over time—from recurring specifications and supplier questions to documents and delivery lessons.
They matter only when reflected in quotations, records, recommendations and the way problems are handled.
