We use the name, company, reply email, country, product and project details you choose to provide to respond, assess cooperation and handle services you request. Only disclose necessary information you are authorised to share. The form first prepares a draft on your device. Opening an email draft does not send it. Direct sending requires a separate confirmation. Files are not uploaded.

Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare hosts this website. When direct sending is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for abuse and Resend delivers the enquiry to our mailbox. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming mail to Gmail. Providers may process IP addresses, verification and delivery information. Information may be handled in China and other countries where these providers operate.

Retention, requests and security

We retain enquiry information only as needed to respond, assess cooperation, provide services and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for future processing based on that consent. Applicable law and necessary business records may affect the response. Do not submit passwords, bank details or sensitive drawings. Agree confidentiality and disclosure arrangements before sharing sensitive project materials.

We have not installed advertising pixels or analytics tracking. Fonts are system fonts and images are served locally. Turnstile loads only when direct sending is enabled for abuse prevention. Hosting and email providers may retain necessary technical and security records.
